Mentor Me on Wheels to drop by local malls

Go Negosyo’s Mentor Me on Wheels (MMOW) will officially roll out its first leg on May 11, 2018 in Music Hall, SM Mall of Asia.

Following the successes of Kapatid Mentor ME and Kapatid Agri Mentor ME, MMOW is an effort to further expand Go Negosyo’s program reach nationwide, especially to those aspiring and underserved entrepreneurs from far-flung areas. The program also provides an avenue for capacity building in realizing President Duterte’s goal of building an inclusive economy.

Attendees will get to experience a 30-minute one-on-one mentoring from the pool of successful Go Negosyo Mentors. The qualified mentors underwent a rigorous screening process to be selected as one of the resource persons in sharing their personal experiences, challenges, and strategies.

There will also be modules on (1) entrepreneurial mind-setting and (2) marketing to provide supplemental knowledge on setting up and running micro and small businesses. The first module primarily focuses on establishing the foundation of a values-oriented entrepreneur. The second module, on the other hand, provides crash courses on marketing strategy, value proposition, and brand sustenance.

Interested mentees can walk-in and register on the day of the event to gain more knowledge through this free mentorship program.

MMOW also aims to grow the existing lineup of mentors who will share their expertise on becoming an entrepreneur. They can also walk-in and provide their details on the same day.

Through MMOW, micro-small business owners can now be equipped with the technical and practical know-how on entrepreneurship in more convenient and accessible locations. It is in line with the current administration’s vision to capacitate micro-small businesses in boosting the Philippine economy.
